The 2021 Victoria Fire Department Civilian Responder Program is a great opportunity for the civilians of Victoria to learn how to react in emergency situations and to learn more about their local fire department.
The fun includes:
- Fire Services
- Car Extrication (Jaws of Life)
- Rappelling
- Apparatus Familiarization
- Fire Extinguishers
- Emergency Medical Services
- Stop the Bleed class
- Hands Only CPR
- Epi-pen Assist
Tuition: FREE OF CHARGE
Minimum Requirements: You must be at least 18 years of age and reside in Victoria City/ County.
The responder program will be held on Monday evenings, from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, on February 1st, 8th and 15th; February 27th (Saturday).
The responder program meets at the Victoria Fire Department Training Facility (1411 SW Ben Jordan East).
