Site Plans

New Developments

Site plans are required for any new developments including:

  • Commercial
  • Industrial
  • Manufactured home park
  • Multiple family
  • Other non-residential
  • Townhouse

Off-Street Facilities

Site plans are additionally required for:

  • Construction of new off-street parking, loading, or storage facility
  • Expansion of any existing off-street parking, loading, or storage facility
  • Surfacing of any existing unpaved off-street parking, loading, or storage facility

Concerns Addressed

Generally, site plans must address the following concerns:

  • Dumpster enclosures
  • Fences (when applicable)
  • Landscaping
  • Parking
  • Required easements
  • Sidewalks
  • Storm water drainage
  • Topography

Site Plan Submittal Schedule

Site plan applications and all required accompanying materials shall be submitted no later than 2 p.m. on each Monday.

Notes

  • Red-lined Plans to Consultant: red-lines (required revisions) will typically be made available to the consultant after ten working days after 1 p.m.
  • Revised Plans Resubmitted: revised plans shall be submitted no later than 4 p.m. on or before the following Monday.

Submitting Plan Review Application

Be sure to check the "Site Plan" box when completing the Plan Review Application (PDF), and submit the appropriate fees and all required materials to Lila Foster in person or by mail at:
